Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 November 2026. AI Clearance is owned and operated by Nyyon.

Who we are

AI Clearance is owned and operated by Nyyon, the brand of Saragus Partners LTD, a company registered in Israel, Ariel Sharon 4, Givatayim, Israel ("Nyyon", "we", "us"). This policy covers this website (aiclearance.app), the sign in links we email you and the calls you book with us from it. Contact: hello@aiclearance.app, or reply to any email we sent you.

If your business becomes a client, the shipment data and documents our flows process for you are covered by your written agreement with us. This policy does not replace it.

What you give us

Your work email, when you ask to book a call. We use it to send you a single use sign in link and, after you book, a confirmation.

Your answers in the setup questions: the kind of operation you run, your company name, how many entries you file in a typical month and where your team loses the most time.

Your name, the phone number you want us to call, the day and time window you pick and your time zone, when you book a call.

We use this to call you at the time you chose, to prepare for that call and to follow up about our service. We do not sell it.

What we collect automatically

When you open this site, a small first party script records the pages you view, the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), your browser, operating system and device type, how far you scroll, which buttons and links you click, and your IP address.

We set first party cookies only: an anonymous visitor ID that lasts up to one year (ca_cid), a session ID that lasts one day (ca_sid), and, after you open a sign in link, a sign in cookie that lasts up to 30 days (ca_auth). If you give us your email or phone, we connect them to your visits on this site, including visits from another device where you opened the sign in link, so we can understand how people find us. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use these cookies for advertising.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the visit script does not run. You can also choose Decline in the notice on the page, or clear the cookies at any time. In some regions, including Europe and the UK, the script waits until you choose Accept. The sign in cookie is needed for the setup pages to work.
