Terms of Use
Last updated 8 November 2026. AI Clearance is owned and operated by Nyyon.
Who is behind AI Clearance
AI Clearance is owned and operated by Nyyon, the brand of Saragus Partners LTD, a company registered in Israel, Ariel Sharon 4, Givatayim, Israel. By using this website or booking a call from it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What AI Clearance is
AI Clearance is a done for you service that Nyyon provides to customs brokers, brokerages, freight forwarders and importers: bespoke AI enabled operations. We design, build and run custom AI workflows for each client, on top of how the client's team and software already work. It is not software or a platform that you sign up for, install or license from this website.
Booking a call is a way to talk with us. It is not a service agreement and it does not make you a client. A service for your business starts only under a written agreement with us, and that agreement wins if it conflicts with these terms.
No customs or legal advice
Nothing on this website is customs, legal, tax or trade compliance advice. Licensed customs brokers remain responsible for every entry they file. Flows we build prepare work, suggest and flag, and their output can be incomplete or wrong.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer it, no unlawful, abusive or deceptive use, and no use of someone else's email address to request sign in links. We may block access if you do.
Our content
The site, the AI Clearance name and the design belong to us or our licensors. Product pictures, shipments, companies and people shown on the site are illustrative, use made up data and are not real clients.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for anything arising from it is limited to NIS 500. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@aiclearance.app.
